Find out the new version of the ZBP extraction bench for fume and dust

Among our flagship products, the ZBP suction bench has recently been redesigned to offer even higher performance in fume and dust extraction.

Features of the ZBP fume and dust bench

Over the past few months, we have redesigned our iconic ZBP suction bench to make it more efficient and high-performance in fume and dust extraction.

The bench is designed for the extraction of odours and fumes generated by common processes, such as:

• bench welding operations;
• gluing operations and toner regeneration;
• grinding, deburring and blowing operations;
• handling and weighing of dusty materials.

This new version of the fume and dust extraction bench features a perforated metal sheet suction table, above which the operator places the objects to be worked on, and a suction wall on the long side, which is also equipped with metal sheet grids. In addition, all three side walls surrounding the table can be removed, folding them to the side or lowering them, to adapt the use of the extraction bench to a multitude of processes and installations.

The extraction can be generated by a centrifugal fan, supplied in combination with the bench, or by the suction system in which the bench is installed (ZBP/C models).
Inside the ZBP bench there are perforated metal sheet cartridges, which distribute the suction evenly.

Operation and advanced filtration of the ZBP POL model

The fume and dust extraction bench model ZBP POL, on the other hand, is equipped with cartridges and it’s able to filter the extracted air from polluting particles. The high-efficiency filtering cartridges have a compressed air cleaning system, which can be activated manually or automatically and timed. The suction residues are collected inside special drawers at the base of the bench.

Our fume and dust extraction bench can also be manufactured in Atex Ex II 3D execution, so that it can be installed inside Atex classified work areas, guaranteeing maximum safety even in potentially explosive atmospheres. This makes the bench particularly suitable for companies in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors, where the handling of dust and fume requires high safety standards.
