Sectors of use for guillotine and butterfly dampers
Available in different models and diameters, GGE srl’s dampers are indispensable accessories for the optimal performance of extraction systems. We have both electric and electropneumatic dampers: the latter, in particular, are safer in fire-risk environments.
Our heavy-duty guillotine model guarantees excellent performance in the most demanding work environments or where there are frequent opening and closing cycles; while the inclined models are ideal for handling the passage of material-laden airflows.
The bush-mounted butterfly model, on the other hand, is perfect in environments where precise control is required, thanks to the possibility of programming and synchronisation.

MOULDED GUILLOTINE DAMPERS
Pressed metal sheet dampers, supplied as standard with edges, protective casing and linear electric actuator (electric version).
Also available in electropneumatic version with edges, STD cylinder Ø 27 mm and 24 Vac pneumatic solenoid valve (also Atex Ex II 3D certified).
HEAVY-DUTY GUILLOTINE DAMPERS
Dampers consisting of two bolted galvanised steel flanges with gaskets at the ends to ensure tightness.
The electric version is equipped with edges, protective casing and electric actuator; while the electropneumatic version, also available Atex Ex II 3D, can be positioned directly on the operating machine and it’s complete with ISO cylinder and 24 Vac pneumatic solenoid valve.
GUILLOTINE DAMPERS WITH GASKET
Electropneumatic dampers supplied as standard with edges, protective casing and Ø 25 mm ISO cylinder, they are also available Atex Ex II 3D certified or made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.
On request, the dampers can be equipped with a solenoid valve for combined electric/pneumatic control.
SERRANDE A GHIGLIOTTINA INCLINATE
Serrande elettropneumatiche con bordi, 2 cilindri ISO e diaframma inclinato. Queste serrande dispongono di guarnizione in feltro e, su richiesta, di flange piane o stampate.
BUTTERFLY DAMPERS ON BUSHINGS
In the electric version, the damper is supplied with edges, O-ring seal on the pin and linear or spring return actuator.
The electropneumatic version has edges, STD cylinder and O-ring seal on the pin.
