AIRSOL DRY is a filter unit that was designed by GGE for treating effluents from painting operations, to stop solid parts of overspray.
AIRSOL DRY can be installed as an additional prefiltering stage within centralized extraction systems: in this way, the workload of the main filter unit can be lightened, reducing dust that is potentially harmful to certain types of filters (e.g. activated carbon filters).

Technical features of filter units for painting AIRSOL DRY
- Sturdy construction in galvanized sheet and painted sheet
- Calming air chamber with inspection hatch
- AIRSOL DRY D: filtration with Paint Stop with cardboard (DRY D) or metal frame (DRY DZ)
- AIRSOL DRY DT: first filtration stage with Paint Stop with cardboard (DRY DT) or metal frame (DRY DTZ); second filtration stage with class F7 pocket filter (EN 779)
- Additional filtration stage with HEPA filter, H13 class (optional)
- Inspection hatch
- Modularity of the AIRSOL system: the filters can be combined in parallel to achieve very high flow rates
