Our modular Airsol Oil unit filters air from oil or emulsified oil mists, typically generated by operations on machine tools.
Airsol Oil is ideal for suction in centralised systems serving machine tools, CNC, lathes, milling machines, drills, boring machines, plane grinders, planing machines, filing machines, shaping machines, grinding wheels, broaching machines and other machines using coolant.
Due to its modular construction, these filter units can be combined in parallel to achieve even very high air flow rates.

- 2 models:
– AIRSOL OIL E, Compact filter only
– AIRSOL OIL T, Compact filter with fan, box of soundproofing and control panel - Sturdy construction in galvanized sheet and painted sheet
- Calming air chamber with liquid collection tank and drain siphon
- Filter holder frame with condensate drain system
- 3-stage filtration: droplet separator, metal pre-filtration, final filter: Compact multipleat class F6 or higher (EN 779)
- Additional filtration stage with HEPA filter, H13 class (optional)
- Inspection hatch
- Sealing and locking system of filters with eccentric bar
- Modularity of the Airsol system: the filters can be combined in parallel to achieve very high flow rates
