Heat treatment fume extraction and abatement plant
Design, construction and installation of a fume extraction and filtration system for heat treatment of metals.
Air is extracted through a 35-metre self-supporting extraction hood, located along the entire length of the 10 heat treatment furnaces. Through a laser pointing system, suction is concentrated only on the oven on which the front door opens.
Fumes are filtered through a SCRUBBER water tower.
