Design, construction and installation of an extraction and filtration system for oil mist resulting from the cold moulding of screws.

Mist is filtered through the AIRSOL OIL filter unit. It is a modular filter made of sturdy galvanised sheet metal, within which air filtration takes place in 3 steps: droplet separator, metal pre-filtration and final Compact multipleat filter class F6 or higher (EN 779).
