Welding fume extraction system on sliding robot
Design, construction and installation of a fume extraction and filtration system from welding operations using a sliding robot.
The air is extracted through a suction hood equipped with curtains. The hood follows the robot through a BLIND sliding extraction system of our own construction.
Fumes are filtered through a self-cleaning FINPOL HZ cartridge filter.
The system also includes two manual welding stations served by suction arms from the Elefantino series.
